What do I have to do upon receiving the registration email?
The registration email is for your own reference. Your account will be auto-activated

Go to “My Account”, and “Manage address book” to edit your phone numbers after login.

If you can't remember your ID or password, please click on Forget ID / Password
on the login page of the site. You will receive an email notification on your ID

Tarazz.com is an online shopping portal which allows you to shop from 3 continents

Why is it I cannot click to the merchant's site sign on / wish list/ promotion sign
on?
You can only sign onto the merchant’s portal through Tarazz.com as shown (show screen
shot) once you are in the merchant's site through Tarazz.com, please do not further
sign on this merchant. Site as the link would not be valid.
I saw an item earlier on but it’s no longer there, can I still order it?
No. Our website follows the merchants’ inventory status, thus, the items you’r looking
for might be out of stock at Merchant’s stock list currently.
How do I go back to Tarazz.com from my Merchant’s site?
Please do not click the Sign in, Log-in or Shopping Cart (except for our Tarazz.com)
in our Merchant site.
To return to Tarazz.com shopping cart, there’s an icon/link at the uppermost right
or uppermost left of the browser and click on Tarazz Cart to return to the cart
or to select another Global Merchant you want to go.
Is there any authentication process for placing an order?
You will receive an email and SMS that contains a verification code, almost immediately
upon entering your credit card details and upon clicking on “Submit”. This verification
code, valid for ten minutes, is required to complete the check out process. For
another verification code, please refresh the page.
How would I know if my order has been processed if the
site hangs?
Go to “My Account” and “Order History” for past and current order status.
How would I know the actual price of the product?
To see the actual price of goods, you need to click the image.
Tarazz Shipping & Delivery Services
Does my delivery address have to be the same as my credit card billing address?
No, they don’t have to be the same. The credit card billing address, however, needs
to be as registered with the bank for authentication purposes.
Do you deliver worldwide?
We deliver orders from local and overseas to Singapore and Hong Kong currently.

What is the standard delivery time for orders?
The standard delivery turnaround time communicated to customer ranges from 7 to
14 working days upon goods received at our US hub.
I cannot find the merchants at Tarazz.com, what do I do?
You can email us your merchants URL and product description to us at csoenquiries@tarazz.com
for us to access and process your request.
How do I know if my order is successful or not?
You will receive an email notification titled “Order Confirmation” for your successful
transaction(s). This email contains your order number and product details to show
your order is being processed.
How do I know if my good(s) has arrived?
Our delivery personnel will contact you once the goods have arrived, to arrange
for an appropriate time for delivery.
What happens when I’m not around when the delivery is made?
A Delivery Attempt Slip will be slot in at your doorstep notifying you the date
& time the attempted delivery was made and you can self -collect at our office or
alternatively you can call us to re-deliver to you at additional charges of SGD
6 /HKD 30 for items below 5kg.
What happens to the items that are not collected?
We will store the items for 30 days after which we have the rights to discard, dispose
or auction the items at our discretion.
What happens if my order exceeds USD$2500 in value?
We will assist in filling up the Shipper Export Declaration (SED) on your behalf.
Tarazz Exchange & Return
I would like to cancel my order. Is there any way I can get a full refund for my
purchase?
We will refund you if your item of purchase has not been processed yet. There will
be administration charges of SGD 20 / HKD 100. Please contact us for any immediate
actions as required.
My item of purchase is faulty. What should I do? You need to take the photo
of the faulty item(s) and report to us within 24 hours upon receiving of goods.
You are then required to send back the faulty product to Tarazz office only upon
request. Our policy is subjected to each individual merchant’s policy.
For semi-precious stones, our Money Back Assurance (MBA) program applies. Upon confirmation
that it is faulty, there will be payback within 24 hours.

What if the Merchant delivered the wrong items or quantity to me?
Tarazz only provides the means for you to consolidate your shipment to Singapore;
we will liaise directly with the Merchant for any refund, return, exchange or money-back
guarantee policy and/or procedure of any items. Please note that each merchant has
its own policy on the above matters.
How do I refund or exchange my goods with the merchants?
We shall not in any way be involved or concerned with any claim for refund, return,
rebate or exchange of Buyer Item(s) in the Shipment. For all such Item(s), Buyer
will need to inform us and we will assist to liaise and deal directly with the Merchant
for any refunds, returns, exchange, rebates and money-back guarantee policy and/or
procedures. All refund, returns, exchange, rebates and money-back guarantee policies
and procedure will be in accordance to the Merchant’s policies and procedures. Once
successful, that is, the merchants agreed on the goods return/exchange, we will
inform the buyer accordingly.
For return of item or exchange, Buyer will need to pay for all shipment costs and
any other charges for items to be return to the local mailing/delivery address as
specified by Buyer.
Insurance
Are my goods insured?
All items purchased from the portals will be insured for up to the maximum of USD200
for damaged or missing goods. You need to show proof of damaged or missing items.
Must I pay for my insurance for my goods and when do I receive my compensation?
Insurance are free and you will receive the compensation within 1 working day once
there is proof of the damaged or missing items.
Is the insurance coverage of USD$200 per item or per order basis?
The insurance coverage of USD$200 is for per consignment note. Example: If you purchase
a hi-fi system depending on the products, it will come in packages like remote,
speaker, player etc. This consider as per consignment note.

Please wait until the page is fully loaded. You can see if the page already finish
loading at your status bar below your browser. If not, click VIEW at the bar at
the top of your browser and select Status Bar.

Our system has a default 20mins timeout, so you have to re-login after that.

How come I can’t see my advertisement screen bar?

Will the items in my shopping cart be saved?
We do have an auto save feature whereby items on the shopping cart which have not
been processed are being saved for 24 hours. After which, they will be automatically
removed.

What is Fixed Landed Price?
All prices sold at Tarazz.com are at Fixed Landed Price. This includes:
- Product Cost
- Shipping Cost – Domestic and International
- Taxes – Domestic and International (custom, GST etc)
- Insurance Premium (up to US$ 200 insured for each order)
- Administrative costs for items that required Media Development Authority of Singapore
or MDA’s clearance.
*Excludes dutiable goods and import licenses for some goods.
How to check merchants’ domestic final price ($ before shipping to Singapore)?
Customers do take note that the actual cost of goods sold at global merchants must
include both sales tax (if any) and as well as domestic shipping and handling charges.
Example: In the product page, when you add to cart, it shows US$ 34.99. However
when your proceed to check out, it shows the product price, sales tax, domestic
shipping and handling charges.

What is our Fixed Landed Price?
Fixed Landed Price(Door to Door) is the final fixed price(Door to Door) you may
for your items at our merchants’ site.

*The US$ to Sing$ exchange rate is based on daily rates. Thus the price may change

Are the items in US inclusive of sales tax?
Tarazz will absorbed any sales tax from US items.
Is the fixed landed price(Door to Door) fixed?
The fixed landed price(Door to Door) is fixed for all items that are less than 5kg.
For any item(s) more than 5kg, you will receive an email to inform you of the additional
shipping cost.
Example 1: If item is 3kg, just pay for the Fixed Landed Price and nothing
else.
Example 2: If item is *8kg, customer will still pay for the Fixed Landed
Price S$200 (5kg) but customer still have to pay the balance of 3kg for the shipping
cost (estimated cost for each additional kg is S$5.50).
*the weight of an item is dependent on the dead weight or volumetric weight with
whichever is higher.
Oversize Item
For those item above 5kg, we will charge S$5.50 for every kg. This oversize item
will be known after we have purchase from the merchant. Our CSO will inform you
of the exact value and to be delivered upon payment of this additional charges.
Please call us if you are not sure of the size of the item(s) before purchasing
it.
Is it possible to see the cost breakdown for my selected item?
All the pricing are selling at Fixed Landed Price which includes the cost of item,
all domestic and international shipping charges, taxes and custom duties, etc, whenever
applicable.
Do you have a minimum purchase?
No, there is no minimum purchase required for online shopping.
Understand that some products’ price may reflect USD$, but final shopping cart will
reflect the SGD$. IS this still correct?
All our prices will be in Singapore Dollars for Singapore customers even in merchant
sites.
How do I use my Tarazz Dollars?
Step 1: All Tarazz$ will be automatically reflected on your login page (see picture
as shown)
Step 2: Once you have “Proceed to Checkout” you will come to the screen as shown
below:
Step 3: Just key in the amount you wish to use – either to pay partially or to offset
all the costs for your items. The remaining Tarazz$ balance will be reflected accordingly
once all the transactions are done.
Can I use Tarazz Dollars for partial or full payment?
Yes. You can use for both partial and full payment of your preference.
What modes of payments are acceptable for Tarazz shipping charges?
All Major Credit Cards are accepted.
Why doesn’t the fixed landed price(Door to Door) appear on some pages especially
on promotional items on the merchants’ sites?
Fixed landed price will not appear on site pages embedded with flash or images.
Please do not click on the flash portion of site pages to access the merchant's
items, in order to view the fixed landed prices(Door to Door) within Tarazz.com
portal
What happens if the systems hang during my payment process?
In the event of unsuccessful credit card payment processes, or if the systems hang

My order won’t go through or my credit card bills keep getting rejected. Why?
Transactions are generally declined for your security. Be sure the billing address
and phone number match your credit card statement and the account number, card type,
expiration date, and CCV number are entered online as they appear on the card. If
you still experience problems, please contact your credit card hotline.
How soon should I expect a reply to my email?
We will respond to your email within two working days.

Will my items in the shopping cart be removed if I log out without buying it?
The items in your shopping cart will be saved over a limited period of 24 hours. If
there is no payment after 24 hours, the items will be automatically removed.
Before I checked out my items in the shopping cart, will there be any change in prices
for the items that have been saved (within the maximum limit of 24 hours)? How does
this work?
Yes. The price of the item(s) remaining in the cart will change accordingly to the
fluctuations of the Foreign exchange rate, over a limited period of 24 hours. However
the item will be removed automatically after 24 hours. Please note that the price
will include fuel surcharge.
Is there any way I can track and trace my items?
Yes, you can trace your package status through our site under Track and Trace.
